Always Care is also there to support the Carer.
Our short-term, respite and medium-term accommodation is designed to enable the Carer to take some time off for themselves and enjoy the freedom to accomplish other things in their day to day living. Our in-home support service enables the Carer to get out and about while we stay and support those with highly complex needs at home, without any interruptions to their routine care. Services are offered seven days a week, depending on the participant’s needs.
In-home drop in support includes:
- Short or long periods
- Assistance with personal care & activities of daily living
- Assistance with medication and wound management
- Social interaction and support visits
- Transport to work, school & appointments
- Post-hospital and surgery care
