Who we are

We are a privately-owned company and operate as a Registered NDIS provider. We offer a full range of support services for people who need support in the community. The level of support we offer varies, depending on individual needs.

We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) services both in our homes or in your home, that assist people to live their best lives as independently as possible.

We can offer both short-term, respite and medium-term individual and group living with other people depending on the level of NDIS support available.

We offer daily living support, such as shopping, cooking, cleaning. We help you develop and learn new skills and stay connected with community, family and friends. Support is available 24/7 with funding from the NDIS. Always Care is also there to support the Carer. Our short-term and respite accommodation is designed to enable the Carer to take some well-deserved time off.

Our team of qualified Support Workers, Registered Nurses and Social Workers are dedicated professionals who are known for their empathy and warmth, as well as their professional reliability.

Our team is dedicated to always making a special effort to match the right Support Worker to each participant, with an in-home assessment to find out exactly what the needs and expectations are.

We embrace, respect and understand multicultural diversity, and we have bilingual Support Workers for participants from non-English speaking backgrounds. All our staff members also have up to date DCSI clearances and comply with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
